About Regional Center

The Nashik Regional Centre of All India Institute of Local Self Government started its functioning from the academic year 2004-005. Since the AIILSG is a pioneer Educational Institution having a chequered background with 81 years standing in Educational and Research Field, its Nashik Centre could get momentum within a short span of two years. Initially the centre started its activities with regular training programs viz: Pre-Sanitary Inspectors’ Diploma Course, Sanitary Inspectors Diploma Course, Firemen’s Certificate Course and Diploma in Food Safety and Hygiene Course. Gradually it is expanding its activities and along with the Certificate Course of Computer Fundamentals and Certificate Course of Microsoft Professional Components, the Centre has ventured to start the MS-CIT of the MKCL, the most useful popular government recognized Computer Course.

Nashik is very fast growing city and therefore there is ample scope for the educational expansion. This centre in addition to providing regular training and arranging seminars and work shops, makes special efforts of the personality development of local youths by providing special guidance to them, free of cost. Considering the industrial growth and development of the city, the centre intends to provide instructions / courses in industrial & financial management and administration, human relationship and resource management, industrial safety and security etc. Considering the need society, the centre is starting Masters Degree Program in Hospital and Health Care Administration of an accredited Central University, from the ensuing academic year. At the same time it is starting a Post Graduate Diploma in the widely needed and most important area of Information and Cyber Laws. This will be a very useful course for the personnel in the government, semi-government as well as private sector.
