Online Admission Procedure.
Admission procedure is simplified in order to facilitate the convenience of the candidates and as such, candidates are not required to visit AIILSG Centre to complete the admission formalities. The candidates may therefore take note of the following procedure.
Student shall download the Admission form from AIILSG website and complete the form in all respect.
Student shall duly fill in the admission form and forward the same to the Regional Director of the respective centre viz; Mumbai – firstname.lastname@example.org, Ahmedabad – email@example.com and Lucknow – firstname.lastname@example.org
On receipt of the admission form, AIILSG shall inform the student regarding Registration number of the student for the course along with other relevant details.
Student shall carefully note down the Registration number and quote the same in all future communications / documents, etc.
On receipt of Registration number from AIILSG, student shall make non-refundable payment of Rs.850/- (Rs.250/- cost of the Prospectus + 500/- Registration fee + Rs.100/- towards Postal charges) to AIILSG Account No.29040200000223 in Bank of Baroda (any Branch) OR Axis Bank A/c. No.230010100134859 (any branch) OR Demand Draft drawn in favour of “All India Institute of Local Self-Government” payable at Mumbai* / Ahmedabad* / Lucknow* (*as the case may be).
On receipt of the receipted pay-in-slip or Demand draft, AIILSG shall forward the course prospectus to the student and other relevant details, through courier / post.
After receipt of the Prospectus, student shall again download the admission form and forward it to the respective Centres duly filled in and signed with full name and photograph affixed to the admission form, along with attested copies of supporting documents.
Respective AIILSG Centres shall scrutinize the documents and confirm the admission to the student online, with the instructions to make non-refundable payment of Rs.25,000/- (Reading notes included) in AIILSG Account No.29040200000223 in Bank of Baroda (any Branch) OR Axis Bank A/c. No.230010100134859 (any branch) OR Demand Draft drawn in favour of “All India Institute of Local Self-Government” payable at Mumbai* / Ahmedabad* / Lucknow* (*as the case may be).
On receipt of AIILSG letter, student shall make the payment of course fee for admission to the course and forward the bank receipted pay-in-slip or Demand draft, to the respective AIILSG Centres viz; Mumbai* / Ahmedabad* / Lucknow* (*as the case may be).
On receipt of payment details, respective AIILSG Centres shall inform the student about the admission and allotment of class roll number to the student, along with the relevant details, more particularly regarding commencement of classes and timing.
For payment in Bank of Baroda (any branch), please download the Pay-in-Slip online and student should forward the relevant receipted bank Pay-in-Slip to the respective AIILSG Regional Centre. Pay-in-Slip is in three parts. 1st for the student, 2nd for Bank of Baroda Branch and 3rd for AIILSG* (*as mentioned in the pay-in-slip).
