To acquaint the participants with the various technical aspects of road construction, maintenance, etc. so that they can completely supervise the technical activities and discuss various aspects like design in terms of alignment with geometric of roads, surface storm water and cross drainage works, Street lights, signals and also traffic patterns, Fundamentals of Town Planning, Housing for Urban Poor etc.
